Yousef Al-Balawi, the Saudi Arabian Ambassador to Nigeria, has extended his diplomatic reach by presenting his credentials to President Romuald Wadagni of Benin, marking his official capacity as the Kingdom’s non-resident ambassador to the West African nation.
